Irsa Usman

Program Director/Founder

Irsa Usman has over 8 years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and is passionate about helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
 
She truly believes everyone”s growth looks different and advocates for collaborating with families, physicians, and fellow therapists to deliver on an individualized and personalized plan of care.
Lara Sacks
Lara SacksBCBA
Lara is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has been teaching children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities in the ABA field since 2008. She completed her Master’s degree at Brock University in Applied Disability Studies, with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

She is passionate about using effective teaching strategies with her clients, but also finding new and creative ways to help her clients learn important life skills. She brings compassion and empathy to her clinical work, connecting with each family and individual to serve them best.

She has a strong passion for teaching the new generation of Behaviour Analysts! In her spare time, Lara is busy with her 2 young children, taking her dog for walks, and teaching or practicing yoga whenever she gets the chance.

Bawan Gosal
Bawan GosalBCBA
Bawan brings more than five years’ experience to the Spectacokids team working in a variety of settings including clinics, homes, day care, and schools.

She is a graduate from Western University with a Masters of Professional Education with field specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis and the University of Waterloo with a Joint Honours Bachelor of Science double major in biomedical science and psychology.

Bawan has utilized her ESDM and PEAK training to provide naturalistic therapy to pre-school and school aged children.

In her time away from work, Bawan enjoys travelling to new destinations.

Sahila Sandhu

Sahila is an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Analyst who has been working with children on the spectrum over the five years. After graduating from the University of Waterloo, she obtained her Master of Education from the University of Toronto. Over the years, Sahila has worked with children of all ages and has experience working in school, clinic and community settings.
Sarah Quintal
Sarah QuintalBehaviour Clinician
I completed my BSc and MEd in Developmental Psychology at the University of Toronto. I have extensive experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders including ASD and ADHD in the form of ABA Therapy and individual/parent coaching.

I also work as a Psychometrist administering psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments to a diverse array of clientele. During my free time, I enjoy travelling, baking, and painting!

Abigail Andall
Abigail AndallBehaviour Clinician
I graduated with a diploma in Behavioural Sciences at Seneca college. I have 4 years of experience working in the field of ABA. I have worked in centres, public and private schools and the homes of my clients. In the near future, I will be going back to school to obtain a bachelors degree in forensic psychology or behavioural psychology. After that, I plan to get my masters in clinical or counselling psychology.

Fun fact about me: I have 3 dimples in my cheeks, one on my left and double in my right. It’s been my life’s mission to find another with this beautiful anomaly.

Mirjana Vujosevic
Mirjana VujosevicBCBA
Mirjana is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 4 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Mirjana has worked with both children and adults and has provided services across clinical, home, community and group home settings.
In her spare time, Mirjana loves going out for hikes, camping, skiing, travelling and exploring the outdoors.
Jaaliyn Bowen
Jaaliyn BowenBehaviour Clinician
Jaay graduated from Laurier University with a general BA in 2019 and graduated Mohawk College ABS program with honours in 2020. He has been working full time as an ABA therapist for the past 2 years and has worked in home, clinical, daycare and both elementary and high school settings. Fun fact: Jaay can play 3 instruments 
Shivani Singh
Shivani SinghBehaviour Clinician
Shivani graduated with a Honours in Bachelor of Science, double major in psychology and neuroscience from the University of Toronto.

She has over 10 years of experience in providing ABA services to children with autism.

Her future goals are to complete a masters program in applied behavioural science and become a BCBA.

Fun fact about Shivani is that her favourite hobby is reading books related to all areas of psychology.

I graduated from Brock university in 2020 with a degree in psychology. I have a year of ABA experience and I am looking to get my BCBA within 5 years. I enjoy working out and nature/flowers.
Steffy Gervasis

Steffy graduated with a diploma in social services and has been working in the ASD sector for the past two years. She has over a year experience in ABA therapy. Fun fact: Steffy enjoys cooking and listening to music.
Tanzeela Faisal
Tanzeela FaisalBehaviour Clinician
Tanzeela is doing a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education at the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She has worked in a developmental clinic and developmental psychology research lab. Tanzeela has worked with neurologically atypically developing children and their families using a hands-off and hands-on approach. She is passionate about enhancing children’s developmental trajectory and is interested in how the literature in research and practical experience play a part in this together. In her spare time, she loves enjoying the outdoors, reading, painting and trying new recipes.
Kimberley Carreiro
Kimberley CarreiroBehaviour Clinician
Kimberley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology in 2015. Kimberley has been practicing Behavioural Therapy since 2017, serving multiple populations. Kimberley has delivered individualized behavioural programs to children and adults with dual diagnosis, intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, complex mental health diagnosis, developmental delays and complex behavioural needs in 1-1 and group interventions. Kimberley offers parent coaching on home-based treatment plans that support treatment plans and goals.

Irum graduated with a Master of Education degree after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology. She started working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis over three years ago and has extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the development of children. Irum has worked with children of all ages in home, school, clinic and community environments. In her spare time, she likes to read, travel and spend time with her friends and family.
Sharan Gill
Sharan GillBehaviour Clinician
Sharan graduated with an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Worker and Personal Support worker program. She has over 10 years of experience working with children living with Autism and other challenges. In the future, Sharan would like to open a charity for diagnosed children living in low-income households who require support. Fun fact about Sharon is that she love animals and has a dog and a cat who are amazing!
Nazia Syed

Nazia graduated with a Honours in Bachelor of Science from the Univeristy of Toronto ( Double major in Psychology and Criminology and a minor in Sociology). She started working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis over 2 years ago. She is an aspiring Registered Behavior Therapist. Nazia is a very fun loving, friendly and eager to learn person. She loves to travel and explore new things.
