better with their child,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">they help their child communicate better with others.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By providing visual support along with language and social interaction, students are able to participate more independently and with less frustration in everyday activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reasons to use Visuals:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Various types of visuals can be effective learning tools:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">photos, illustrations, icons, symbols, sketches, figures, and concept maps are a few of
